Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles for regional freight delivery
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Perform pre-trip inspections and routine vehicle maintenance checks
- Manage delivery schedules and maintain accurate logbooks
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding shipment status
- Load/unload freight using proper material handling techniques
- Represent Mesa Logistics with professionalism in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Arizona/Florida route networks preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Flexibility for overnight trips and weekend shifts as needed
