Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) for local/regional routes
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Load/unload freight using forklifts or pallet jacks when required
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Deliver goods on time while maintaining excellent customer service
- Coordinate with dispatch for route optimization and communication
- Report maintenance issues and ensure vehicle cleanliness
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable CDL driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Forklift certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Strong knowledge of Fresno Valley geography
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexibility for early start times and occasional overtime
