Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional freight delivery
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Handle freight loading/unloading with care and precision
- Build strong client relationships through professional service
- Maintain clean driving record and current medical certification
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and logging requirements
- Excellent time management and route navigation skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings
- Prior experience with flatbed or refrigerated trailers preferred
