Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional and long-haul deliveries
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate DOT compliance logs
- Load/unload cargo using proper equipment and securement techniques
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and communicate status updates to dispatch
- Implement defensive driving practices to ensure on-time, damage-free deliveries
- Report mechanical issues and maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for efficient loading/unloading operations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with HOS regulations and electronic logging devices
- Basic cargo securement knowledge (flatbed/van experience preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
