Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers for regional deliveries within Pennsylvania
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and perform basic preventative maintenance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging device records
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Secure cargo according to safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Pennsylvania roadways and weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
