Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently on local and regional routes within Atlanta and surrounding areas.
- Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation in accordance with FMCSA regulations.
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts or pallet jacks as required.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules.
- Uphold a professional image and adhere to company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Clean Class A CDL Driver's License required.
- Valid Medical Card and DOT physical on file.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Pass a comprehensive background and drug screen check.
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission trucks.
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
