Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional and long-haul routes
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Plan efficient routes while meeting delivery deadlines and mileage targets
- Load/unload freight using appropriate equipment and securement techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members
- Document all transport activities and incident reports
- Maintain professional conduct representing company standards at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Washington state highway systems
- Proficient in electronic logging device (ELD) usage
- Excellent time management and route planning skills
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in various weather conditions
