Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks and delivery vans to transport goods to various locations.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring all items are secure and handled with care.
- Inspect vehicles prior to and after trips to ensure mechanical safety.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and maintain a clean driving record.
- Provide exceptional customer service during all deliveries and pickups.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Must possess a clean driving abstract (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Strong knowledge of road safety and traffic laws.
- Ability to lift heavy packages and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Basic computer skills for logging and reporting.
- Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD) is a plus.
