Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL required) to deliver goods on time
- Plan efficient routes using GPS technology to maximize productivity
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment and maintain accurate delivery records
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts
- Strong knowledge of Michigan/Ohio roadways and traffic patterns
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Proficient in using delivery tracking apps and digital logs
- Reliable transportation to/from depot location
