Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles for local/regional deliveries
- Execute efficient route planning using GPS technology
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain DOT compliance
- Handle secure cargo loading/unloading with proper documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and HAZMAT handling if applicable
- Submit timely delivery logs and incident reports
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no DUI/DWI violations in past 5 years
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and operate manual pallet jacks
- Flexibility for early weekend start times (4-6 AM)
- Basic knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
