Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles (Class A or B) to designated delivery points throughout San Diego.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, such as hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, digital paperwork, and delivery receipts.
- Provide exceptional customer service during every stop, ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or Class B license required.
- Current DOT medical card (or ability to obtain).
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no serious infractions or DUIs within the last 7 years.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physical tasks.
- Strong knowledge of San Diego geography and traffic patterns.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
