Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver freight across Fort Worth and surrounding areas
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols at all times
- Plan and execute efficient weekend delivery routes using GPS navigation systems
- Load/unload shipments with proper handling techniques and equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Fort Worth metropolitan area and Texas highways
- Excellent time management and route optimization skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy for digital documentation
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
