As a Weekend Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in keeping the supply chain moving for our valued clients.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles (Class A or Class B) to deliver freight to customers in Indianapolis and Ohio.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Manage cargo loading and unloading with care to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery paperwork.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients at delivery sites.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class A or Class B) required.
- Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Medical Card).
- Clean driving record with no recent DUI or multiple moving violations.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
