Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for time-sensitive deliveries across California
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance records
- Coordinate delivery schedules with dispatch team to ensure on-time performance
- Handle documentation including bills of lading, delivery receipts, and fuel logs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Assist in loading/unloading cargo when necessary
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of California traffic laws and route planning
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy for digital logging systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, and weekends
