Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A or B) following all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Load and unload freight with care, ensuring items arrive at the destination in perfect condition.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicle readiness.
- Manage delivery schedules and routes efficiently to meet strict deadlines.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery truck interior.
- Handle customer interactions professionally and resolve any delivery issues promptly.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and digital logs accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class A or B) is required.
- Must possess a clean driving record and a valid DOT medical card.
- No prior driving experience is required; we provide on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong physical stamina to lift packages and operate heavy machinery.
- Basic computer literacy for logging delivery data.
- Reliable transportation to and from the terminal daily.
