Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) to deliver freight during overnight hours
- Plan efficient routes using GPS technology while adhering to traffic regulations
- Verify cargo documentation and maintain accurate delivery records
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Bay Area roadways and traffic patterns
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for digital logs and documentation
