Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles for overnight deliveries across the Seattle metropolitan area
- Plan and optimize routes using GPS technology to meet tight delivery windows
- Inspect, maintain, and report vehicle conditions before and after shifts
- Load/unload freight with precision, ensuring secure handling of diverse cargo
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and digital documentation systems
- Communicate proactively with dispatch teams and clients regarding delivery status
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of Seattle geography and overnight traffic patterns
- Flexibility to work 10-12 hour shifts between 8 PM - 8 AM
- Pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
- Proficient in electronic logging devices and route navigation apps
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
