Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B CDL) to deliver freight on established routes
- Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for real-time route adjustments and delivery confirmations
- Ensure proper loading/unloading of freight using equipment like pallet jacks and dollies
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Report vehicle maintenance issues and maintain cleanliness of assigned equipment
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly and operate manual transmission
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong navigation skills with knowledge of Minneapolis metro area
- Pass background check and drug screening (DOT-compliant)
- Excellent time management and communication abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
