Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles (Class A or B) to transport goods to designated locations.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring all packages are handled with care.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork in compliance with DOT regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients and resolving delivery issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Class A CDL (or Class B with CDL endorsement).
- No prior driving experience is required; we provide paid training for qualified candidates.
- Must possess a clean driving record and a valid DOT medical card.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform duties in various weather conditions.
