Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles for local/regional delivery routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and ensure timely, damage-free freight transport
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize routes for efficiency while meeting tight delivery windows
- Collaborate with dispatch team for seamless load coordination
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate manual transmission
- Pass background check and drug screening (required)
- Strong knowledge of Fresno metropolitan area and surrounding routes
- DOT medical certification current or obtainable within 30 days
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
