Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A CDL vehicles for time-sensitive deliveries across Minneapolis metro
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic tracking systems
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Handle special deliveries requiring temperature control or hazardous materials endorsement
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and pre/post-trip inspections
- Strong navigation skills in Minneapolis metro area
- Flexible schedule including early mornings and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- HAZMAT endorsement preferred (training provided)
