Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles on local and regional routes.
- Load and unload freight accurately, ensuring cargo is secure and protected.
- Maintain accurate records of delivery logs, mileage, and cargo manifests (BOLs, ELDs).
- Provide excellent customer service at every stop, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Adhere to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Physical) on file.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations or DUIs.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety.
