Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles for timely deliveries across Los Angeles County
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic records
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading of freight using proper equipment
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and route coordinators
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of Los Angeles traffic patterns and routes
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Proficient with GPS navigation and delivery apps
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
