Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles to deliver goods on designated routes
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and document maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques and equipment
- Optimize routes for timely delivery while minimizing fuel consumption
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Proficiency with GPS navigation and delivery tracking systems
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- DOT medical certification and required endorsements
- Background check and drug screen clearance
