Responsibilities
- Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) following all traffic laws and company policies.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIR) to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload freight, ensuring cargo is secured and protected during transit.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to brokers and consignees at delivery points.
- Adhere to strict safety standards and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
