Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial Class A vehicles on highways and local routes.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance.
- Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring no damage or delay.
- Maintain accurate Electronic Logging Device (ELD) records and logs.
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations and company safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery times.
- Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A License required.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Current DOT medical card and physical examination on file.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and background check.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass a DOT physical.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
