Responsibilities
- Operate commercial Class A trucks to deliver freight safely and on time.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs (DVIR) and adhere to all DOT and company policies.
- Load and unload cargo securely using proper equipment.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and issues.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the truck cabin and trailer.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A.
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience.
- Current DOT medical card and physical.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
