Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and trailers on regional and OTR routes.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and safety protocols.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Load and unload cargo securely to ensure safe delivery.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
Qualifications
- Clean Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Current DOT Medical Card and Medical Examiner's Certificate.
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong understanding of New York roadways and geography.
