Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial Class A trucks on local and regional routes within a 150-mile radius of Charlotte.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring cargo safety and minimizing damage.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic logging device (ELD) records.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with shippers and receivers.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A with a clean driving record (MVR).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable driving experience in a professional trucking environment.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to submit to a drug screen and background check.
