Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial Class A trucks and trailers on local and regional routes.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Load and unload cargo using proper equipment and techniques.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD) and compliance with all DOT regulations.
- Ensure cargo is secured properly to prevent damage during transit.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and shippers.
- Report any mechanical issues or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Physical).
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no recent DUI/DWI.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts as required.
