Responsibilities
- Operate Class A Commercial Motor Vehicles safely and efficiently on designated delivery routes within Riverside and surrounding areas.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT and company safety standards.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securement and weight distribution.
- Maintain accurate logs using ELD technology and complete all required delivery documentation.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, traffic patterns, and safety protocols at all times.
- Interact professionally with customers and provide exceptional service during deliveries.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) issued by the State of California.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations or DUIs within the last 7 years.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Valid Medical Card (DOT) is required.
