Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on dedicated routes
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment handling
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company policies
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Resolve delivery exceptions proactively
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years OTR or route experience
- Pass background check and drug screening
- HAZMAT certification preferred
- Familiarity with California road regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Smartphone proficiency for ELD compliance
