Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers throughout Nashville metro area
- Maintain 4.8+ star rating through exceptional service
- Complete 25+ trips per weekday during peak hours
- Report vehicle maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere to all local traffic & rideshare regulations
- Participate in incentive programs (airport runs, events)
- Submit accurate trip documentation daily
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with 3+ years clean record
- Smartphone with reliable 4G/5G connectivity
- 2020+ sedan or SUV (under 150k miles)
- Pass background check & vehicle inspection
- Availability to work 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm shifts
- Basic English proficiency for navigation & communication
- No DUIs or major moving violations in 5 years
