Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles on dedicated long-haul routes with consistent schedules
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging system compliance
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Ensure secure handling of freight throughout transit
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Build strong relationships with dispatch and clients for seamless operations
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR and no preventable accidents in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficient in electronic logging systems (ELD)

- Ability to work independently while maintaining communication
- Flexibility for occasional overnight trips and weekends
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor issues
