Responsibilities
- Safely transport K-12 students to/from school and extracurricular activities
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain orderly conduct and enforce safety protocols on the bus
- Follow precise routes and schedules while adhering to traffic laws
- Communicate effectively with parents, school staff, and dispatch
- Complete incident reports and maintenance documentation
Qualifications
- Valid California Driver's License (minimum 2 years experience)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Clear criminal background check
- Patience and experience working with children
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
