Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional routes
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery records and logs (ELR compliant)
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Collaborate with dispatch for route optimization
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Wisconsin roadways and regulations
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Flexibility for early morning starts and occasional weekends
