Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on dedicated Boston metro routes
- Maintain precise delivery schedules with real-time GPS tracking
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and electronic logging compliance
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Document delivery confirmations and handle customer interactions
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Participate in quarterly safety certification programs
- Optimize routes for fuel efficiency and on-time performance
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with clean MVR (3+ years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR/Regional experience
- Tanker or Hazmat endorsements preferred
- Proficient in DOT regulations and electronic logging
- Ability to lift up to 60lbs and operate pallet jacks
- Boston metro area route familiarity required
- Pass DOT physical and background screening
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
