Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans for passenger and cargo transport across Minneapolis metro area
- Maintain meticulous vehicle inspection logs and ensure daily cleanliness/maintenance
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during passenger interactions and delivery processes
- Plan efficient routes using GPS systems to meet delivery schedules
- Document transportation activities and report any incidents or vehicle concerns
- Assist with loading/unloading of cargo when required
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with clean 3-year driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience (commercial preferred)
- Pass background check and DOT physical examination
- Strong knowledge of Minneapolis metro roadways and traffic patterns
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and operate in varying weather conditions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Basic proficiency with GPS navigation and mobile dispatch apps
