Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional routes across Arizona and surrounding states
- Execute precise delivery schedules while maintaining exceptional safety standards and DOT compliance
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate electronic logs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve shipment issues proactively
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization and real-time communication
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques to prevent damage
- Participate in quarterly safety training and fleet maintenance programs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with clean 3-year MVR
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR or regional driving experience
- Current DOT medical certification and HazMat endorsement preferred
- Proficient in electronic logging devices and GPS navigation systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and pass physical agility assessment
- Strong knowledge of Arizona transportation regulations and route planning
- Exceptional time management with zero preventable accidents in last 3 years
- Flexibility for overnight trips and early morning start times
