Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial Class A vehicles to deliver freight to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Complete electronic logging device (ELD) reports accurately and maintain a clean driving record.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securement and handling of goods.
- Interact professionally with customers at delivery points, resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized cab and cargo area at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and traffic laws.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience (commercial or passenger preferred).
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no serious traffic violations.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and a drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
