Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport goods across designated routes in Miami-Dade County
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations, HOS guidelines, and company safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logging systems
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic preventive maintenance
- Optimize route efficiency while ensuring on-time delivery to commercial clients
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, clients, and warehouse teams
- Represent Express Logistics Solutions with exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Knowledge of Miami-Dade County roadways and delivery zones
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Pass federal background check and drug screening
- Basic understanding of electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Spanish language proficiency preferred for diverse clientele
