Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers for regional distribution routes
- Maintain DOT compliance through meticulous pre/post-trip inspections and documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization and delivery timelines
- Handle freight loading/unloading with precision and care
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficient with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in weather conditions
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Knowledge of Texas regional highway systems preferred
