Responsibilities
- Operate commercial Class A tractor-trailers on assigned local and regional routes.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload freight safely using proper equipment and techniques.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD) and complete delivery paperwork on time.
- Provide exceptional customer service during stops and deliveries.
- Adhere strictly to all FMCSA regulations and company safety policies.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks as required.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or be eligible to enroll in our paid training program.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a clean driving record (MVR) with no disqualifying violations.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules and occasional overtime.
- Basic math skills for change and cash handling.
