Responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailers for regional routes with 100% on-time delivery performance
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain meticulous vehicle documentation
- Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload freight safely using proper equipment and techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding shipment status
- Implement defensive driving practices in all weather conditions
- Manage electronic logging systems (ELD) and route optimization
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with hazmat placarding (Hazmat certification preferred)
- Proficiency in using GPS navigation and ELD systems
- Strong work ethic and punctuality record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Regional route experience in Oklahoma/Texas preferred
