Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to deliver goods on designated routes throughout Southern California
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance records
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and delivery schedules
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve service issues
- Utilize GPS technology for route optimization and real-time tracking
- Complete electronic logging systems (ELD) and required paperwork accurately
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route adjustments and problem-solving
- Represent company brand professionally at all client locations
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Familiarity with California roadways and delivery regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment safely
- Strong time management and route planning skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
- Basic knowledge of freight handling and securement procedures
