Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional routes within Plano and surrounding areas
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Plan efficient delivery routes while meeting strict time windows
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Excellent time management and route navigation skills
- Strong communication abilities and customer service focus
