Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial trucks on designated routes within Ohio and surrounding areas.
- Load and unload freight efficiently, ensuring cargo security and proper handling.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and compliance with DOT regulations.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and traffic laws.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and handle freight weighing up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
