Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) on local and regional routes.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety standards.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery logs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Adhere to all federal and state traffic laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws, road safety, and cargo handling procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
