Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on designated routes throughout San Francisco and Bay Area
- Plan and optimize delivery schedules to meet time-sensitive client requirements
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate maintenance records
- Load/unload freight with proper securing techniques using pallet jacks and dollies
- Communicate proactively with dispatch, clients, and warehouse teams
- Ensure strict compliance with DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Proficient in DOT logbook regulations and electronic logging devices
- Ability to navigate complex urban routes and manage tight delivery windows
- Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
