Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) during overnight hours
- Execute timely delivery of freight across the Southeast region
- Maintain meticulous pre/post-trip inspections and documentation
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Utilize advanced GPS systems for route optimization
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams
- Handle freight loading/unloading with precision and care
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Flexibility to work 10-12 hour night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic knowledge of cargo securement procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills for on-road challenges
- Willingness to operate in diverse weather conditions
